Zhejiang University, Nature, and Nature Materials are pleased to present:
Electron microscopy has been a key enabling technique for advancing our understanding of the structure and behaviour of materials: atomic-scale imaging of atoms and defects has led to substantial breakthroughs and is a mainstay of modern materials science. With the ongoing development of new microscopy hardware and novel imaging and analysis techniques, electron microscopy will continue to aid in pushing the boundaries of our knowledge of every type of material. This conference will explore the development and application of electron microscopy for the study of functional and nanomaterials, structural materials, soft matter and biomaterials, and new techniques, with a particular emphasis on what the next ten years might hold. The Abstract Submission deadline for oral and poster presentations is Friday, April 7, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. EST.
